Medical University of Gdańsk

Medical University of Gdansk (MUG) is a public university located in Gdansk, Poland, and one of the country's major medical and health sciences universities. University; It provides education in the fields of medicine, pharmacy, nursing, health sciences and biomedical research. Education in English is offered especially for international students through Doctor of Medicine, Master of Pharmacy, Bachelor of Nursing and International Master in Sustainable Drug Discovery programs. The university's clinical training is carried out in conjunction with the university hospital and other healthcare institutions in Gdansk. For students studying in English, there are also student societies, Erasmus organizations, sports clubs and social activities for international students.

Pre-Medical Course Admission Criteria

For students who want to strengthen their infrastructure before starting their undergraduate medical education:

Education Certificate: High School Diploma and Transcript.

Compulsory High School Courses: Having taken and passed at least one of the Advanced Level Biology (compulsory) and Chemistry, Physics or Mathematics courses during the high school education.

English Level: Minimum B2 level accepted. is done. (IELTS min. 5.5, TOEFL iBT min. 59 or equivalent valid certificate).

Entrance Exam: There is no written medical exam requirement for the preparatory program; Evaluation is made based on application documents and high school GPA.

Medical University of Gdansk (MUG) is located in the city of Gdansk, which is located in the north of Poland, on the Baltic Sea coast and is one of the country's most historically and culturally rich port cities. The main campus of the university (on Marii Sklodowskiej-Curie Street) is located in a peaceful and green residential area, away from the crowds of the city center, but is extremely close to the center.
